Selected projects
Role: Web Design, Brand Refresh
Website and brand refresh for Texas Defender Service, a nonprofit law firm defending those facing capital punishment. Focused on clarity, accessibility, and impact, the redesign emphasizes the org’s mission through thoughtful typography and a streamlined user experience.
Role: Web Design, Digital Archiving
Digital archive and website design for SOUL, a pioneering Black-owned music publication (1966–1982). Features a complete, searchable flipbook library of over 200 original issues, preserving decades of music history in an accessible, modern format.
Role: Pitch Deck Design, Visual Storytelling
Pitch deck design for a docu-series created by Regina Jones and Leonard Pitts Jr., chronicling the untold stories behind a generation of Black cultural icons. Uses archival imagery and bold typography to honor the legacy while connecting with contemporary audiences.
Role: Web Design, Brand Development
Web platform and visual identity for Empyreal, an independent arts and culture magazine. Combines a clean digital reading experience with immersive layouts, blending editorial storytelling with a dynamic issue archive.
Role: Concept Art, Illustration
Hand-painted concept art for Nashville-based musician Frazer's single Rhino. The surreal composition merges the silhouette of a charging rhinoceros with vivid, collage-like elements—alcohol bottles, pills, and nightlife icons—to echo the track’s raw, hedonistic energy.
Role: Archival Specialist
From 35mm negatives and Kodachrome slides to cassette audio and large-format prints. Using dedicated archival scanners, I restore images, capture audio, and create organized digital systems that keep history safe and accessible.
